The Standard Room had a decent view from the window, giving a bit of a skyline vibe that was refreshing after a long day. The shuttle service to Al Haram was a real lifesaver, making it easy to navigate the area without hassle.

The internet speed left a lot to be desired. it was sluggish and not ideal for staying connected during a longer stay. Housekeeping seemed overwhelmed, as the room cleanliness didn’t meet expectations and it felt like corners were being cut. On top of that, the breakfast options were pretty uninspiring, which didn’t help start the day on a high note.

The reception team was amazing, allowing early check-in and being super helpful! the restaurant staff seemed a bit slow at times. a good stay with clean rooms and comfy beds. 😊

The Standard Twin Room with City View was comfortable, with a pleasant swimming pool view, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The hotel’s location on Alazizyah Street makes it convenient for dining and shopping, but the public transport options were somewhat unreliable. While the staff were cooperative and the room was clean, the internet connection was frustratingly slow, limiting my ability to stay connected during my stay. The seafood offerings were a highlight during mealtimes, providing a delicious culinary experience.

The breakfast was exceptional, boasting a variety of options and available from 06:30 am to 10:30 am, which made mornings easy. The room was spacious and well-stocked with water, and the housekeeping was responsive, providing assistance anytime we asked. the shuttle bus service could be improved, as it sometimes was unreliable and not always running on schedule.
